About the Business & Services:

I specialize in one-on-one reading instruction to enrich your child’s learning experience and build confidence in their reading skills. My goal is to reduce frustration by strengthening their foundational skills using proven intervention-based curriculums from the Wilson Reading System and Really Great Reading.

Who I Work With:

• Services are designed for fluent English-speaking children who need structured reading support.

Session Details:

• Duration: Standard sessions are 60 minutes each.

• Frequency: I recommend a minimum of two sessions per week for optimal progress.

• Flexibility: Other session lengths and schedules are available upon request.

Session Format & Location:

• Remote, hybrid, or in-person options are available depending on your child’s needs.

• In-person sessions can be arranged at your child’s school or home if you are in the greater Lisbon area.

• Remote sessions allow for flexible scheduling and access to structured reading support from anywhere.

Tuition & Payment:

Reading Brain operates on a tuition-based system, where parents pay a monthly fee based on the agreed-upon weekly commitment.

1. Foundational Literacy

I help children build a strong reading foundation by mastering essential skills, including:

• Sentence construction – Writing clear and grammatically correct sentences

• Genre awareness – Understanding different types of writing (narrative, opinion, informational, etc.)
